This week has been crazy busy what with holiday baking and gift deliveries, getting ready for Christmas and our first trip to Yosemite (snow!), AND SEEING STAR WARS THE FORCE AWAKENS!! It’s almost too much. Yet, somehow, I’ve been scrounging together lunches. This week’s lunches have been heavy on the yogurt, because: 1) it’s super easy, 2) I’ve been lazy and uninspired about lunch packing and 3) I’ve been making yogurt with a Bulgarian yogurt starter that makes the thickest, creamiest, most delicious yogurt in the history of yogurt. Even Iain, who is sometimes ambivalent about yogurt, loves this stuff.
