For Superbowl Sunday, I made a big pot of baked beans and these incredibly delicious Asian pork sandwiches with miso mayo. I didn’t watch the Superbowl, because I’ve never really taken the time to develop an understanding of American (or, non-American, for that matter) football. However, I get exciting hearing about various Superbowl feasts, so I celebrate my non watching of the game by cooking up some good game day fare. The kiddos, naturally, were excited to get fancy pork sandwiches in their lunches. My little helper, Iain, helped me pack a gorgeous assortment of veggies: celery, carrots, grape tomatoes and mini sweet peppers.
